DESCRIPTION:You are cordially invited to participate in the 23rd Annual Association of Montana Floodplain Managers (AMFM) Conference\, the premier floodplain management convention in Montana!  The conference will include presentations\, technical workshops\, training sessions and exhibits in a variety of areas. \nPlease review the following announcement for detailed workshop information and register for the event below! \nHere is a link to download our Official Conference flyer. \nCONFERENCE REGISTRATION INFORMATION \nEach individual from your agency or organization planning to attend the workshop must complete a separate registration.  Registrations can be completed online at the bottom of this page.  Full registration fees include all conference materials\, break refreshments and evening social events. \nHere is a link to view the full conference agenda. \nAs a token of our appreciation towards our membership\, there will be a general membership luncheon provided on Thursday.  This lunch is included with your paid membership fee (which is separate from your conference registration fee).  You can\, as a non-member attend the luncheon for an additional fee (see registration for details).  It is very important to indicate on your registration if you plan on attending. \nRegistration fees may be paid through our website in advance or at the workshop registration table.  Checks should be made payable to AMFM.  Sorry\, there will be no refunds for cancelled registrations.  The registration fee will be waived for one presenter of each selected abstract. \nHOTEL/RESERVATION INFORMATION \nDouble Tree Hotel | Billings\, MT | February 28th – March 3rd\, 2023 \nCONFERENCE LOCATION & FACILITIES \nThe conference will be held at the Double Tree Hotel\, located at 27 N. 27th Street Billings\, MT 59101. A block of rooms has been reserved from Tuesday\, February 28th through Friday March 3rd\, 2023. \nRooms are available at an AMFM conference rate of $139.00; all rates are subject to Montana State Lodging Tax (4%) and the TBID Fee ($2.00/night). \nSpecial AMFM Rates for the Room Block will be released by February 14th\, 2023. \nReservations are available by calling the hotel reservation line at (406) 252-7400 and identifying yourself as part of the Association of Montana Floodplain Managers (AMFM) with code CDTMFM to receive the blocked rate or click here to book online. \nEXHIBITOR & SPONSOR INFORMATION \nSponsoring is a great way to get your company recognized and market your services/products to floodplain professionals. \nExhibitors/sponsors will be acknowledged in the conference binders\, on the AMFM website and with a formal acknowledgment throughout the conference.  An 8ft table will be set up for your agency/organization in the refreshment/social night areas during the conference.  Setup will open Tuesday February 28th at 1:00 PM; take down to be completed by 11:00 AM on Friday March 10th. \nThere are four sponsorship levels available: \n\nBASE FLOOD ELEVATION (BFE) $350.00\nFREEBOARD $650.00\nHIGH AND DRY $1\,000\nNO ADVERSE IMPACT $2\,000\n\nTo become an exhibitor/sponsor\, visit our website for full details of sponsorship levels and costs.  Register & pay to be an exhibitor/sponsor on the Conference Registration tab located on our website at www.mtfloods.org.
