Association of Montana Floodplain Managers (AMFM) 24th Annual Conference

You are cordially invited to participate in the 24th Annual Association of Montana Floodplain Managers (AMFM) Conference, the premier floodplain management convention in Montana! The conference will include presentations, technical workshops, training sessions and exhibits in a variety of areas.

CONFERENCE REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Each individual from your agency or organization planning to attend the workshop must complete a separate registration. Registrations can be completed online at the bottom of this page. Full registration fees include all conference materials, break refreshments and evening social events. Conference registration plus annual AMFM membership dues are $235, and conference registration for non-members is $250.
As a token of our appreciation towards our membership, there will be a general membership luncheon provided on Thursday. This lunch is included with your paid membership fee (which is separate from your conference registration fee). You can, as a non-member attend the luncheon for an additional fee (see registration for details). It is very important to indicate on your registration if you plan on attending.
Registration fees may be paid through our website in advance or at the workshop registration table. Checks should be made payable to AMFM. Sorry, there will be no refunds for cancelled registrations. The registration fee will be waived for one presenter of each selected abstract.

CONFERENCE LOCATION & FACILITIES
The conference will be held at the Delta Helena Colonial Hotel, located at 2301 Colonial Drive, Helena, MT 59601. A block of rooms has been reserved from Tuesday, February 27th through Thursday February 29th. Rooms are available at an AMFM conference rate of $122.00; all rates are subject to taxes (8%) and fees ($2.00/night).
Special AMFM Rates for the Room Block will be released by February 7th, 2024.

EXHIBITOR & SPONSOR INFORMATION
Sponsoring is a great way to get your company recognized and market your services/products to floodplain professionals.
Exhibitors/sponsors will be acknowledged in the conference binders, on the AMFM website and with a formal acknowledgment throughout the conference. An 8ft table will be set up for your agency/organization in the refreshment/social night areas during the conference. Setup will open Wednesday February 28th at 8:00 AM; take down to be completed by 12:00 PM on Friday March 1st .
There are four sponsorship levels available:

- FREEBOARD $650.00
- HIGH AND DRY $1,000
- NO ADVERSE IMPACT $2,000
